  • Clear and clean soiled dishes from tables and equipment
  • Sanitize tables, chairs, and other high-touch areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the property around the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Clean and stock restrooms
  • Ensure the dish tank area is well-maintained and sanitized
