We are looking for an exceptional General Management Position candidate to lead our team at Caliber Collision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing collision repair centers and a strong understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
  • Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
  • Monitor current financial performance metrics and review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications
