Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kendallville, IN. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading a team and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in previous positions. They will also be physically fit and able to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplies
  • Lead a team of restaurant employees, including training, coaching, and development
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotions
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant management experience
  • Proven track record of success in previous positions
  • Physically fit and able to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and training skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Stable work history

Salary:

$35K - $45K per year
