About the Role:

BlueNova Industries is seeking a highly skilled Gerontopsychiatric Specialist to join our team at the Zellingen Senior Residence GmbH. As a specialist in gerontopsychiatry, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care and support to our residents with dementia-related changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for gerontopsychiatrically impaired residents
• Develop and implement quality care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
• Plan and conduct activities and events that promote socialization, engagement, and cognitive stimulation
• Work closely with our department of partial protective care to evaluate and improve our care concept
• Provide guidance and support to our staff on gerontopsychiatric care and dementia management
