The Marketing Campaign Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive marketing support to the Chenega MIOS Strategic Business Unit and its affiliated companies. Key responsibilities include content creation, market research for campaigns, trade show preparation, and website management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee high-quality content such as press releases, event announcements, blog articles, marketing collateral, and infographics across various channels, including social media and websites.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with marketing objectives through regular updates.
  • Craft engaging copy that resonates with target demographics while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling marketing materials.
  • Conduct market analysis on advertising opportunities, both digital and print, while evaluating competitor strategies and effectiveness.
  • Assess campaign performance metrics and provide strategic insights for marketing optimization.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, including booth design, promotional materials, and logistical arrangements.
  • Support business development and recruitment initiatives with aligned marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate expense reports and travel arrangements for the marketing department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with a background in business-to-government (B2G) marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, content management systems (CMS), social media, and analytics software.
  • Experience in trade show coordination and website management is advantageous.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
  • A background check is mandatory.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Basic understanding of internet research and marketing, including social media.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and attend events during evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and details concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a professional context.
  • Requires self-motivation, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous demeanor when interacting with the public.
