Nurse Team Leader for Mother/Baby Unit Nights

As a Registered Nurse Team Leader for the Mother/Baby Unit Nights, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and performing patient care delivery on assigned nursing units. You will meet the Standards of Nursing Care for assigned shifts and act as a clinical resource and role model for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan assigned shift activities to ensure standards of patient care are met.
- Participate in conducting performance appraisals for personnel on assigned shifts.
- Provide self-directed, effective nursing care to groups of patients and other duties as assigned in accordance with Division of Nursing standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter a).
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of nursing.
- Minimum of one year (1) experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner in Florida or licensure from another state with verification of application and eligibility for Florida licensure by endorsement.
- Valid BLS Certification and NPR within 90 days.
