Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterology Hospitalist to enhance our dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive clinical care for patients requiring inpatient gastroenterology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough clinical evaluations and treatment plans for hospitalized GI patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Engage in preventative health measures and ongoing health maintenance for patients.
  • Participate in care coordination and management of complex cases.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) with an active license in New York.
  • Board Certification in Gastroenterology.
  • Current DEA license and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
  • Strong ability to work effectively within a clinical team environment.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and computer systems.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position ranges from $400,000 to $600,000, determined by factors such as experience, performance, and quality metrics.
