We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Shearer's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
  • Apply mechanic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machines
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
  • Utilize hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
