Your Role:
In this essential position, you will be instrumental in interpreting and implementing regulations, evaluating technical data, and managing project outcomes across Civil, Environmental, and Waste Management sectors. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed reports, construction plans, and fostering strong client relationships, with some travel and on-site engagement as part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, coordinate, and oversee work for various clients and projects.
2. Support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client relationships and promoting business growth.
3. Uphold high standards of quality control for project deliverables and administrative tasks.
4. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring positive interactions and satisfaction.
5. Assist in proposal development, including technical planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
6. Navigate diverse project sites, including landfills and contaminated areas, with a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related Environmental discipline.
2. Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one within a year of hire.
3. 5+ years of experience in solid waste management, biogas system design, remediation, and site civil work.
4. Regulatory experience, particularly in the Upper Midwest, is highly desirable.
5. Proven project management capabilities, including budgeting and invoicing.
6. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CAD software (Civil 3D preferred).
