About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Camp Hill Nursing & Rehab in Camp Hill, PA. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.

Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
Pay and Benefits

The pay target for this role is $57.00 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401K plan and paid time off.
