Job Summary

White Cap is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and optimize delivery schedules and routes to minimize delays and maximize efficiency
* Address delivery issues with customers and provide resolution
* Ensure accurate invoicing and load documentation prior to departure
* Record and maintain vehicle maintenance and repair records
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

* 2-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field
* Knowledge of the geographic area and ability to navigate using GPS
* Experience with Descartes or similar logistics software preferred
* Spanish language proficiency a plus
