Job Description:

We're looking for a Shop Supervisor - Auto Repair to join our team. As a seasoned Certified Auto Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop, ensuring that all vehicles receive the highest level of care and attention.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Organize and prioritize shop workload, ensuring timely completion of repairs and services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed, estimates, and any necessary follow-up.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
