Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and manage the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food production or manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product/equipment up to 50 pounds periodically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and ability to apply them in a production environment.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
