F&B Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic F&B Server to join our team at Columbia Hospitality. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Taking Orders and Serving Food and Beverages: Take orders from guests and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Managing Orders and Payments: Enter orders into our computerized Point of Sale system and process guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Assemble food items, such as appetizers, salads, and soups, and ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food and beverages.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, including engaging with guests, navigating menu offerings, and capitalizing on upselling opportunities.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a server in a similar restaurant environment.
• Technical Skills: Ability to perform essential functions on our computerized Point of Sale system.
• Knowledge and Certifications: Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures, applicable liquor laws and regulations, and necessary State Food Handler's License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s).
