Caregiver - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is a vital member of our healthcare team at StoneBridge Health Campus. As a key player in providing exceptional care to our residents, you will be responsible for delivering routine services in accordance with established procedures and under the guidance of your supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
- Support all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
- Participate in 1:1 observations as assigned and maintain open communication with the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
- Provide exceptional customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
- Assist clinical staff in making residents comfortable, such as checking sitting positions, hydration, and passing.
- Support personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Licenses and Certifications: None Required
