Job Summary

The Sales Outfitter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Provide information, assistance, and direction to customers, and demonstrate product to customers.
  • Replenish product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
  • Assist with Seasonal floor merchandise moves and restock merchandise as required.
  • Keep work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies and follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, and customers.
