Job Title: Software Commissioning Engineer

The Software Commissioning Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of Dematic software solutions at customer sites. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of site software validation test plans to ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
  • Develop and maintain test case management repositories to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Dematic project team and customers to communicate testing results and progress.
  • Identify and resolve operating, engineering, or software configuration problems to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide customer startup support and training on Dematic application workflows.
  • Utilize SQL queries to support solution analysis and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Security Plus Certification or ability to obtain one.
  • 301 V Certification or ability to obtain one.
  • US citizenship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the position.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Passion to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel and work at customer job sites.
