Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee deposit operations functions, including account maintenance, quality assurance, IRA administration, death claims, research, legal processing, statements, notices, rate changes, safe deposit boxes, lockbox services, tax reporting, and exception item processing.
  • Supervise staff and ensure they perform their duties accurately and timely, adhering to bank policies, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing leadership, coaching, and direction.
  • Implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency in daily work.

Compensation:

  • The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per annum.
  • Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, paid time off, volunteer leave, and paid holidays.
