About the Role

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will have the unique opportunity to build a financial practice that guides Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering them to live lives of service and faith. You will provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent's insurance, investment, banking, and generosity programs. You will develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding, serving clients in your chosen community.

Key Responsibilities

* Build a financial practice that guides Christians on their journeys to financial clarity
* Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent's insurance, investment, banking, and generosity programs
* Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding
* Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent's reputation, delivering award-winning financial workshops and marketing your practice

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Attainment of FINRA SIE, life, and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting
* Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable
