Employs diagnostic techniques and utilizes documentation and testing equipment with support from senior engineers (Testing). Demonstrates the ability to diagnose and rectify technical issues (Corrective maintenance). Leverages training and experience to identify certain process, software, or hardware-related system challenges (Predictive maintenance).
Takes ownership of ensuring complete customer satisfaction within the designated work area. Aids in planning, communicating, and coordinating support strategies with customer management. Observes all safety protocols and consistently upholds safety as a core value.

Salary Range:
$41.80 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity among current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and stock award program, as applicable.


For all sales roles, the posted salary range represents the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
