Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Financial Manager - Project Control to join our team at Invictus International Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for the overall financial and asset tracking of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of our programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Asset Tracking: Manage the tracking and reporting of assets related to our programs.
  • Program Liaison: Serve as the liaison between program management, subcontracts, and procurement teams.
  • Procurement Support: Assist with asset and subcontractor procurement activities.
  • Data Analysis: Research and analyze data to aid in the overall goals of our programs, including tracking budget, forecasting financial needs, monitoring and reporting outcome data, and tracking compliance to corporate and legal regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Create and deliver financial reports and forecasts, and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Project Closings: Oversee project closings and update processes.
  • MSR and QBR Reports: Create, maintain, and deliver MSR and QBR reports.
  • Financial Status Reports: Prepare and analyze reports related to the status of funds, including commitments, obligations, and liquidations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience working in a government contractor setting, responsible for the overall program budgets and finances of large size programs.
  • Certifications: PMP or CSM certification required.
  • Skills: Detailed-oriented, analytical, and capable of effectively assessing data. Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with personnel on all levels of the organization.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
