Job Description

The Medical Office Nurse RN-Night Shift Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the Hematology Section and Point of Care Testing program under the direction of the Technical Supervisor, Laboratory Director, and administrative direction of the Director of Laboratory Services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved, accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
  • Minimum of one (1) year Medical/Surgical nursing experience required; home care/hospice experience preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills required
