Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum Associate's degree in Nursing; a Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
- A valid RN license from the State of TN or another compact state is essential.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire, while Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications need to be acquired within six months.
