We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OB/GYN physician to join our team at Unified Women's Healthcare, LP. As a proud affiliate of Women's Health Connecticut, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes patient care and provider satisfaction.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves providing obstetrical and gynecological care to patients in our New Britain, CT office. Our team of 6 MDs and 1 APRN work together to deliver high-quality care, and we are seeking a like-minded physician to join our ranks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and compile patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
- Order or perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, and basic wound care.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, follow hospitalized patients as appropriate, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
- Gain competence in Electronic Medical Record System.
- Billing submission at time of office visit.

- Experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible
- Connecticut License
- Federal and State controlled substance licenses
- BLS certification
- Eligible for hospital privileges
