Assistant Store Director

As an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in driving store performance and leading a high-performing team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the direct leader in overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring overall store performance, and managing schedules.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

1. Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
2. Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
3. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance.
4. Understand and communicate company strategy and core values to employees.
5. Monitor the competitive environment and inform the direct leader of necessary adjustments.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500 - $62,500, based on experience and location.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
