Job Summary:

Capitol Flexi-Pave is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team of experts in the field of porous pavements and green technologies. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our projects, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply technical knowledge and skills to complete concrete finishing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Work independently to finish concrete surfaces, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all concrete finishing tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in concrete finishing, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Civil Concrete Finishing, with a strong understanding of flat concrete construction and finishing techniques.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to choose the correct finishing tools and techniques for each project.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to job sites.
