Mechatronics & Robotics Technician - Amazon Stores

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to join our team at Amazon Stores. As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout our facilities. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse operations, enabling us to deliver products to our customers efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance routines on material handling equipment and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations

Requirements- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- 2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
- 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment and automated conveyor systems
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within Amazon Stores
- Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards
