Position Overview: We are seeking a committed individual to become part of our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be tasked with the upkeep, diagnosis, and repair of various building operational systems across multiple sites.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute essential maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Address safety and maintenance inquiries in a timely manner
  • Keep precise maintenance records
  • Coordinate work orders with contractors and management
  • Ensure the safety of building occupants
  • Follow site operational protocols
  • Maintain organized documentation
Essential Skills:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Basic skills in electrical work, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, door repairs, leak repairs, and painting
  • Outstanding customer service and time management skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in computer applications
