Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at one of the top-rated nursing homes in Amsterdam, NY. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to our residents.

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to enhance functionality and alleviate pain.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
