Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Composite Laminating Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency and uphold exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and adhere to detailed work instructions.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manually laminate composite materials using carbon fiber pre-preg and similar substances, following specifications outlined in work instructions, layup manuals, and other technical documents.
  • Implement quality control measures effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team, Engineers, and Supervisors to address and resolve quality concerns as they arise.
Required Qualifications:
  • Capability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks as directed by Supervisors to maintain a smooth laminating and assembly process.
  • Previous experience in a production manufacturing environment.
