Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert Pediatric Speech Therapy: Work with pediatric patients from birth to 21 years, addressing a wide range of challenges including communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.

As an MGA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you can anticipate:

Essential Duties:
  • Deliver skilled speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
  • Assess, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient requirements.
  • Instruct and counsel patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
  • Active state licensure as required
  • Preferred: At least one pediatric clinical rotation
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
