Dietary Therapist

We are looking for a talented Dietary Therapist to join our team at MyMichigan Health. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional care to patients and helping them achieve optimal health.

You will be responsible for working with patients to understand their nutritional needs and developing personalized care plans. You will also be required to communicate effectively with healthcare teams and document patient progress.

The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

1. Interprets physicians' diet orders accurately and modifies the therapeutic menu to comply with the patients' preferences within the limitations imposed by the diet order.
2. Participates in parenteral nutrition services team; works with pharmacist to provide recommendations for parenteral nutrition orders.
3. Documents nutrition assessment, intervention, education, and follow-up in the medical record.
