Position Overview: As a Barista at Ophdfw, you will embody the essence of Hospitality by delivering exceptional customer service through timely service, high-quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and tidy store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a composed demeanor during peak times or unexpected situations to ensure smooth store operations and set a positive example for the team.
• Proactively assess Guest and store needs by continuously observing the environment and Guests for cues.
• Relay important information to Management to enable the team to create an optimal environment during each shift.
• Support the training of new team members by positively reinforcing successful actions and providing respectful and constructive feedback as necessary.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere by recognizing changes in team morale and performance and communicating them to the Managers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Deliver consistent quality in beverages, whole bean products, and food items by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards while following health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Welcome and engage Guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Inform Guests about specials and updates to the menu.
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on Guests' preferences.
• Address inquiries regarding our food, beverages, and other services.
• Process food and beverage orders through our point-of-sale system, relaying orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to Guests.
• Complete side work at the beginning and end of each shift as required.
• Ensure cleanliness in service areas.
• Monitor and enhance Guests' dining experiences, responding promptly and courteously to requests.
• Prepare and present the final bill to Guests.
