About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you'll work closely with our clinical team to provide holistic patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. You'll also be responsible for administering immunizations and injections, as well as providing evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
- Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.
- Full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
- Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, or Registered Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
