At Big Al's, we strive to create a fun and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Guest Service Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our promotions.
Job Overview
This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting guests, processing transactions, and ensuring proper equipment is available for bowling and arcade activities.
Responsibilities
Consistently provide a first-class experience to our guests through exceptional interpersonal and sales skills.Educate guests on promotions and develop positive relationships in all standard forms of communication.Promote and sell Big Al's promotions to all guests and participate in up-selling the guest experience.Properly handle cash and other financial transactions.Support guests in multiple areas of the entertainment center, including hosting and directing guests, running food to tables, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.Assist with opening and closing the center and follow all safety procedures and practices.Participate in cleaning duties, including sweeping, wiping down equipment, and replenishing sanitary items.What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have a high comfort level with in-person interactions, intermediate skills in MS Office programs, and a first-class level of guest service skills. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 25lbs frequently and stand/walk constantly. A Food Handlers Certification is also required.
Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $15.75 per hour, based on the location in Beaverton, OR. As a Guest Service Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and promote Big Al's promotions to our valued customers.
