We are seeking compassionate and driven Pre-Licensed Contract Therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. This unique opportunity combines clinical practice with specialized training in addiction therapy through our comprehensive Addiction Therapist Training Program.
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based therapy, adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintain a caseload of up to 10 session hours per week, offering both virtual and in-person services.
- Collaborate with a Licensed Addiction Counselor Supervisor for monthly individual supervision and participate in group consultations and training sessions.
- Engage with clients who face substance use challenges, providing compassionate and effective support.
- Attend all required training and retreats as part of the Addiction Therapist Training Program.
- Maintain clear communication with Khesed staff and assigned clients within two business days.
- Hold a valid, active LPCC or LPC license issued by the State of Colorado.
- Possess a Master's Degree in mental health.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology for remote and local high-quality, confidential virtual mental health services.
- Commitment to upholding Khesed's values of kindness, accessibility, and inclusivity in all interactions.
- Receive comprehensive training and supervision in addiction therapy from experienced professionals.
- Gain valuable experience working with a diverse client population facing substance use challenges.
- Contribute to Khesed's mission of providing accessible and affordable mental health services to the underinsured.
This is a 1099 contract position. The compensation structure includes:
- Clinical Contract: Fee-for-service at a rate of $48 per session hour for up to 10 hours per week.
- Programmatic Contract: Administrative, retreat, training, and non-clinical responsibilities are compensated at an annual rate of $55,000, paid monthly.
