Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to support our Plant Supervisor in various operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and demonstrate strong organizational skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. HVAC certification is advantageous, and experience working with seniors, as well as familiarity with state and local inspection agencies, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interior maintenance of the community in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage exterior maintenance tasks, including groundskeeping.
  • Assist in the coordination of community events.
  • Support all maintenance activities related to resident apartments and common areas.
