We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at ABA Centers of America, serving clients with autism in Foxborough, MA.
About the RoleAs an ABA Therapist, you will work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one support to clients with autism, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
- Teaching daily living skills, social skills, and other essential life skills using evidence-based treatments.
- Collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions to inform treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless client care.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high-school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients.
- Maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
- Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
We offer a competitive salary of $5,000 - $6,500 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
