Unarmed Security Officer

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour with WEEKLY PAY

Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, with some weekend shifts required.

• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and activities.
• Oversee a small team of security personnel.
• Develop weekly work schedules.

• Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure security measures are effective.
• Address violations of site rules and regulations.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Request emergency services when necessary.
• Utilize provided software to document events during shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols and check designated points as instructed.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing.
• Participate in the hiring process for new team members.

• Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Familiarity with security technology and equipment.
• Ability to manage a light physical workload, including standing and walking during patrols.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain grooming standards consistently.
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
