Job Title: Seasoned Infant Babysitter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced infant babysitter to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a reputable family, we prioritize the well-being and development of our infants, and we need someone who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for infants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Engage and interact with infants to promote growth and early learning, using a range of activities and play-based approaches.
  • Develop and implement routines and schedules that meet the needs of each infant, including feeding, sleeping, and playtime.
  • Provide exceptional nurturing skills, responding to the unique needs and personalities of each infant.
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure seamless communication and a consistent approach to care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in infant care, attending training and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience caring for infants, with a proven track record of providing exceptional care.
  • Exceptional nurturing skills, with the ability to respond to the unique needs and personalities of each infant.
  • Strong ability to engage and interact with infants, using a range of activities and play-based approaches.
  • Reliable, patient, and attentive, with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
Qualifications:
  • A love of working with children, with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with parents and other caregivers.
  • Ability to follow directions, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
