• Responsible for the accurate and timely investment reporting of General Account Invested Assets in accordance with relevant Statutory, GAAP, Management, and Tax standards. This includes overseeing investment disclosures for SEC filings and Statutory reports.

• Address discrepancies and manage inquiries related to General Account Invested Assets from portfolio management and asset managers.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of experience may substitute for a degree) - Minimum Required

• Previous experience in investment accounting or related accounting systems is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, securities, or financial reporting that aligns with the responsibilities of this role.

• Strong technical knowledge in investment accounting.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying appropriate resources and tools to develop solutions.

• Proven relationship management skills with internal clients and external partners, demonstrating the ability to foster collaborative approaches.

• Capability to identify and recommend process enhancements.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Successfully meets regulatory and job training requirements.

Compensation

Pay Range: $65,700 - $118,300. Actual base pay may vary based on non-discriminatory factors including work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, and qualifications necessary for the role. The base pay is one component of Lincoln's total rewards package, which may also include an Annual Incentive Program based on performance.
