Job Title: Caregiver Recruiter

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

This position plays a pivotal role in serving children and families in need through the Foster Care program of One More Child. As a Caregiver Recruiter, you will support the care and development of abused, neglected, and orphaned children by recruiting, licensing, and re-licensing foster parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and maintain caseload standards and goals
  • Recruit Christian foster homes that meet quality standards
  • Represent OMC at events and meetings
  • Provide training and support to licensed foster parents
  • Licence and relicense foster homes in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or human services field
  • CWLC certification within one year of hire
  • Two years social work experience
