Key Responsibilities- Collect and transport waste and recyclables from apartment doorsteps to designated dumpsters
- Ensure all waste is properly sorted and disposed of in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct daily inspections of collection routes to identify and report any issues or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in waste management or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
