We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Management Specialist to join our team at Ally Waste Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient collection and disposal of waste at our client properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and transport waste and recyclables from apartment doorsteps to designated dumpsters
  • Ensure all waste is properly sorted and disposed of in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Conduct daily inspections of collection routes to identify and report any issues or concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in waste management or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
