Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality drinks.
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a fine dining establishment.
  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, including mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MICROS POS experience.
  • TIPS Certification.
