Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Boating Care Specialist to join our team at Bridge Marina Inc. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our boats, ensuring they are in top condition for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all boats are well-maintained, including launching, mooring, cleaning, and covering.
  • Assist with commissioning and decommissioning of our fleet, handling tasks such as moving, blocking, and shrink-wrapping.
  • Contribute to various projects within the service department, including assisting technicians with repairs and maintenance.
  • Independently move boats and equipment, including trailering, transporting, blocking, and launching.
  • Provide support to the Service Department, Boat Club, Boat Rental, and our valued Marina guests.
  • Maintain accurate work records, notes, and reporting changes to technicians and managers.
Requirements
  • Initiative and a strong work ethic in varying working conditions and situations.
  • Ability to skillfully utilize hand tools and small power tools.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as tractors, hydraulic trailers, trucks, and trailers.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and expand your skills.
  • Skills for maintaining boats, with a keen attention to cleanliness and details.
  • Operating powerboats up to 30ft.
  • Customer-centric mindset and awareness of the end result of collaborative teamwork.
  • Good safety consciousness and situational awareness.
