We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Grand Lake Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
- Assume a lead role in patient care and teaching.
- Collaborate and interact positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
- May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity.
- Ability to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed RN.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
