Position Overview:

The Senior Program Support Technician plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical assistance and support for Identity Management (IdM) initiatives. This role necessitates an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of the technical methodologies employed by the organization.
  • Prepare and present briefings, strategic plans, support documentation, meeting summaries, and presentations as needed.
  • Compose white papers to initiate new projects or address challenges.
  • Execute additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Applicants must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Educational Background:
  • Completion of one or more IdM courses, including:
    • Advanced Technicians Course (ATC)
    • Advanced Planner Course (APC)
    • Basic Operations Support Course (BOSC)
    • Foundations of Sensitive Support (FOSS)
    • Plans Assessment Course (PAC)

Preferred Training:
  • Graduation from courses such as Due Diligence, Counterintelligence Staff Officer, or Counterintelligence Agent is highly desirable.

Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in military correspondence, policy formulation, and procedural guidance, with a focus on technical advice regarding style, composition, and formatting. Experience in workload organization and customer service is essential.


Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, along with strong oral and written communication abilities.
