Responsibilities:- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner, promoting their overall well-being and growth.
- Design and implement creative activities to support child development, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment that encourages children to thrive and reach their full potential.
- Perform various tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play, ensuring the children's physical and emotional needs are met.
- Previous experience working with children or in related fields, demonstrating a passion for childcare and education.
- Able to build strong rapport with children and their parents, establishing trust and open communication.
- Possess a positive and patient demeanor, handling challenging situations with ease and composure.
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
