Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building brand loyalty, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience.
- Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
- Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
- Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
- Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
We offer a competitive pay range of $14.00 - $19.94, as well as a bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
