Operations Strategy Intern Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations management. You will work closely with the Operations team to support labor deployment, fair work week scheduling, and reviewing analytics. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting Operations initiatives by participating in project work
  • Assisting in the execution of various components of assigned projects
  • Providing relevant knowledge and insights from educational experiences
  • Participating in intern activities and development opportunities

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Project Management, Hospitality, or other related fields
  • 1+ years of volunteer or work experience in a relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Able to travel within the local area to various restaurants and events

Estimated Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,000 per year
